How we handle the personal information you share with us.

Last updated · October 2026

What we collect

When you use the enquiry form or contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, we collect the information you choose to share — typically your name, contact number, email address and a description of your matter. We do not collect sensitive identification documents through this website.

Like most websites, our hosting provider may record technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited for security and performance purposes.

How we use it

Your information is used solely to respond to your enquiry, assess your matter and, where you become a client, to provide legal services. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with advertisers or any third party for marketing purposes.

Enquiries may be shared internally with the advocate handling your matter, and stored in our case-management systems hosted on secured, access-controlled infrastructure.

Confidentiality and privilege

Information shared before a formal engagement is treated as confidential, but no attorney–client relationship arises until the firm formally accepts your matter in writing. Please do not send highly sensitive documents through the website form — describe the matter briefly and we will arrange a secure channel.

Retention and your choices

Enquiry records are retained while your matter remains active and thereafter as required by our professional record-keeping obligations. You may ask us at any time to correct or delete the personal information we hold about an enquiry that did not become a client file.

To exercise these choices, write to info@rmlaw.com.np or call +977-9851275940 during business hours.

Cookies and third parties

This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers. The embedded location map on the contact page is served by Google Maps and is subject to Google's own privacy policy.
